*******!!! Stay FAR away
After winning from free spins and after completing the wagering process, all the funds were taken out of my account due to a requirement I apparently did not meet that is not stated ANYWHERE in the terms and conditions.

I have never subscribed, registered or logged in to this site yet I keep receiving unsolicited SMS’s How do I stop this company from sending me unsolicited sms’s. I keep blocking the number but they keep using a different number. No option to opt out. “For any further queries, please contact support@playlive.co.za” no response

Playlive Robs people of their winnings
I won over R 10000.00, but because i was still in the bonus wagering they took most of the money (They say the max is R1200.00 pay out), this was on the 22/05/24, I carried on playing and was over R 1500.00. I cashed out the R1200.00 on the 29/05/24. when I logged in to play on the 30/05/24 my balance was R0.00 I asked about it and they said I need to provide proof of who I am. which I did. They verified my details and told me the refund my money. but when I logged in it was only the R 1200.00. when I questioned where the rest is, this is their comment "Any amount exceeding this is not cashable or playable and may be voided from the account." so in other words they rob people of their winnings.

I got a R270 cashback......I won R18000. I did not know about the KYC documents. They allowed me to withdraw......said "withdrawal queud. Then they cancel my withdrawal as stated "temporarily". When they received my documents they only allocated R2579 back. That is totally just theft.

MOST DISGUSTING RIGGED CASINO EXPERIENCE AROUND
Been playing for 2 years plus and in the begining you are entertained stand a chance.of wins but it has become what feels RIGGED and Daylight ROBBERY. Their support is a ignorant to your concerns. Upon recently after complaining they went as far as blocking me.from logging support as they refuse to respond. I can see when i email direct or log via support channel that no response nor ticket created. Ive lost endlessly and deposits made go like running water. You stand a better chance at Europa or other casinos. They state they not the same as Jackpot casino or the new similar looking platforms but i beg to differ. Not only is Jessica the so called manager there but she ignores people. They have now changed her.email address so we cant get.help even. DO NOT PLAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LITERALLY GIVE AWAY MONEY FOR NOTHING. 500 DOES NOT EVEN LAST 3MINS.ON EVEN A.R4 BET. DISGUSTED WITH THIS.PLACE
