I won over R 10000.00, but because i was still in the bonus wagering they took most of the money (They say the max is R1200.00 pay out), this was on the 22/05/24, I carried on playing and was over R 1500.00. I cashed out the R1200.00 on the 29/05/24. when I logged in to play on the 30/05/24 my balance was R0.00 I asked about it and they said I need to provide proof of who I am. which I did. They verified my details and told me the refund my money. but when I logged in it was only the R 1200.00. when I questioned where the rest is, this is their comment "Any amount exceeding this is not cashable or playable and may be voided from the account." so in other words they rob people of their winnings.
I ordered two hoodies that where on promotion, They cancelled my order and refunded my money. when I clicked on reorder my items the price went from R296 to R404. when I phoned them to find out how they can do that, they made it out as if I'm lying and i must send them a screen shoot to prove I'm not adding anything else to my order or that i never changed my order. so I did, then i get a mail back saying that it was a limited offer and terms and conditions apply. If this is how they rob there clients, not to mention the once i ordered a hoodie which was to big, I had to exchange it in store, i took the exact same hoodie and they charged me extra to exchange it because it wasn't on special anymore And i made a big fuse in store
I ordered a Shedder on the 18/01/22 (delivery is suppose to be 5 - 7 working days) on the 01/02/22 no shedder, I log in and see my order was cancelled When I asked their excuse was they don't stock, even thou it shows that there is stock only difference is the the special is over, fine i order a different shedder, same story. I lose my temper with the consultant, place a order for the third time. Now today i like to place a order for a toy because i now have funds in my account and to my surprise my account details have been changed and i can not log in, when i call in they tell me my email details are not the same.
A friend was booked into hospital for test. They expect her to pay for all the test before they approve her admission. What is the point of a hospital plan? Even the specialist was shocked at the service
<p>I had an agreement of R 214210.90 (including the interest) with MFC, original value was R130715.46. first instalment was in Sept 2014 (28 months later) my car is written off, I request a settlement letter, the settlement letter amount is for R131548.44 (which is more than the car value) so I request a transaction history report, where I see that they have added an additional R 40439.53 (they said it is because there are more months added) to my vehicle finance as a restructure debit. I enquiry this because I’m under debt review they just added it. Not to mention that was never mentioned to myself or my debt counsellors (not on the instalment / outstanding agreement they sent). My insurance paid them R110955.00 after my car was written off, so I requested another settlement letter which states that there is an outstanding balance of R 93475.72.</p> <p>If I work out what I have paid (R64334.23) the insurance paid (R110955.00) and outstanding (R93475.72) MFC expect me to pay R 268764.95 for a R 214210.90 (interest included) Which I should only pay 28 months interest and the R 40439.53 should be credited because I am not exceeding my 72 month agreement.</p> <p>I have spoken to 3 people have emailed 5 people but they are still convinced I’m wrong and they right.</p>
