After winning from free spins and after completing the wagering process, all the funds were taken out of my account due to a requirement I apparently did not meet that is not stated ANYWHERE in the terms and conditions.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with!! The agents are incredibly unhelpful and I am sitting with an unauthorized debi check mandate that they are blatently refusing to assist me with I got a hold of a ***** investigator on LinkedIn by the name of Foster Mahlaule who said: " I am also not going to assist uou" and when I told him I will report his unprofessional behaviour, he said: "Go ahead mama".
I am so sick and tired of Vodacom. Not only are their tariffs so high, they tried to retain me in May when I wanted to cancel the contract and managed to lower my monthly payment amount by a few Rands and ensured me that I can still upgrade later in the year. THIS WAS A LIE. I upgraded to an Oppo - the phone froze the same day - it's been in for weeks now, they have been struggling with the Google lock but refuses to let me exchange it for another phone ALTHOUGH I returned it within 7 days and the same model was NOT ON DISPLAY for me to test.
I am over the moon!!! The Nefertiti & Amber Rose smell divine & the bottles are so incredibly beautiful. To top it all off, I have never received after-sales service so quickly & efficiently in my life!! 😄
The nail glue does not work!! The nails keep on popping off! This is so frustrating
With CTM being the only stockists of Crystal Tech shower doors and being unable to find Crystal Tech on Hello Peter, I want to express my concern and unhappiness about the quality of the glass!! My shower door literally exploded and I was injured. I had to spend money replacing it whilst it seems like this us a common issue!!!
Worst courier service in South Africa! There lines don't work, they take forever to respond and I got the following response from a senior employee on LinkedIn: "No, sorry" when I asked for help.
Never have I struggled with a courier company as much as with Buffalo!!! No one answers the calls, the whatsapp and chat options are not working, they dont have pick up points, their agents promise to get back to you but they dont! I will NEVER use Buffalo again and will advise EVERYONE I know to stay far away!!!!!!
Nonkululeko Khubeka was absolutely amazing. Never have I experienced such amazing service by a medical aid or insurance! Honestly, everything is always so easy, quick & painless. I am telling everyone about it!
