Absolutely Rude Agents and No Fair Loyalty Offerings to LOYAL PLAYERS. After more than 2 years and over 100k deposits and over **** betting transactions this casino has given me NOTHING back in respect to a reward. I have raised this before and they sing the same.song of how it is a random selection. You get players like me who are LOYAL and constantly depositing who get R1.25c back in a so called star reward but then you get people who i know off who deposit a small R50 and get back loyalty and play credits. When you ask for a Team Leader they say they will call and never do or if they do, those team leaders do not follow through on the process they said they would do. When you ask fot management help they refuse to give assistance and have the nerve to say WE HAVE NO TURN AROUND TIME. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WHEN YOUR COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED. How does any business who values their clients and customers operate like that. That is absolute nonsense. I have had no help too date

I have logged complaints a few times over an issue with coils about 6 months ago and recently same issue, I also purchase about 2k in liquid each month together with coils for my husband and myself that 24k per year on this product. In the past I dealt with Sebastian who I think could be their only customer service person but sadly I don't find him helpful. When you ask for management you are ignored. Queries are left to hang and again on my most recent incident I complained about the 4 liquids I bought which are the new VUSE liquids and not twisp. I called and spoke to Neo from twisp/vuse kiosk and had an Indepth call to understand why the vuse is R80 cheaper and whether the ingredients are exact same as I have trouble and sensitive to certain ingredients in liquids. I was guaranteed that the ingredients are identical and only the branding is different as they under a new name. I also was told stories of how twisp was too expensive but now vuse has more funds so they can lower their pricing. I bought 4 liquids which is not at all the same ingredients and the lies is ridiculous. I complained because this liquid is very thin, I cough all the time when vaping, it is not the same as I was advised. I have been waiting 1 week and also 1 month on both queries and 0 response from them. I asked for management or CEO details and still not interest. This kind of nonsense is unacceptable!!!!!! People should not be misled
I've been playing with Lottostar for about 8 months and lost about 100k. During the time I asked about why I never get any form of loyalty points, credits promotions free play etc and they say they have escalated to marketing and marketing does nothing in fact they encourage to enter completions like the bunny hunt and you deligently play and still nothing. This casino is not worth anyone's money or time. We play for enjoyment and fun but when you not just loose within seconds but equally aren't a valued player why do you choose to feed any program which gives nothing back. This is the most appauling casino online and I have officially deactivated my account. They have no form of customer service or client care because they do not even attempt retaining clients when they are unhappy. They give no promotional credits even to retain you. Do not bother listening to them gvliving you false hope of speaking to marketing because they will never come back with any rewards. I encouraged 12 friends and family members to play and now will encourage them not to because I will not see them loose 100k like me with no form of return or enjoyment or rewards. Pathetic!!!!
2 Months ago I was scrolling through woolworths website as i wanted to compare pricing with other food supplier and found woolworths to be so cheap and deals that were unbelievable. I had massive discounts reflect and i was ready to check out and pay R2000 odd for items worth over 8k. I spent over 4 hours shopping online and looking through it and was fully of excitement as it was the first time I ever did shopping with woolworths online. The next day i found my cart was sitting on pricing for over 10k and I was told it was a system error. Out of Courtesy they offered me a 200 voucher for their error. I have still not received it 2 months later. The second is i did a small order last month and paid for it and was given torn coffee packet which was opened. I complained and few days later they confirmed they would deliver a bottle of coffee but ended up delaying it. They sent me what should have been a 6 pack milk in loose boxes and thus missing items. The third and most pressing issue is i order and paid upfront for my groceries. I immediately told the driver items are missing, he said i must contact the store. When i call the store they tell me the manager is on lunch and i must go to online shopping. It has been almost 2 weeks now and i am told they will deliver my missing items on 26th March 2021 and refund items they did not deliver which were out of stock. It is now the 31st of March 2021. No items were delivered, no responses to my emails, i call and leave my contact details and nobody responds. Woolworths online has been the worst shopping experience from all stores. I am disappointed and will honestly not encourage people to buy if this is the type of service. I expect a full refund of all my items missing and not delivered!o793838757
Almost 2 months, after being in touch with head office complaints division and I am still being ignored and led to believe in good service. After being treated unfairly as well as promised on 3 occasions feedback/expectation nothing has been done.
