In a matter of minutes i had a big smile on my face after speaking to a friendly Outsurance person giving me an awesome quote in my own Afrikaans language!
Payed for a fishing reel on the 12/03/2024, Received an email on the 15/03/2024 that the fishing reel is not in stock and discontinued. I’ve send my bank details on the same day to the email provided to get a refund. Today is 21/03/204 and the only communication i received yet trying to get answers why its taking so long to refund me was on there whatsapp line when they only said: “Good day, can you please resend”. That was 24 hours ago and no communication like for instance: “ Thank you, we will process the payment as soon as possible, sorry for the in convenience”. First time customer, never buying here again!
