I have joined and paid the required amount, the Agent by the name of Junior has been quite since July I have texted him asking what is the process of getting business for my truck till today he has not helped my truck get business, I paid the money for nothing, as I needed work for my 4 ton tipper truck. This is bad stay away!
I got great service from Outsurance agent, and I was giving all info and alternatives options available for me, I got a great experience with my Git insurance 🙏🏾
Good day, I have submitted my claim on the 20th of March 2025, I have been waiting for my claim to be processed but the agent by the name of Charmaine is not helping me with accurate feedback as she always promise to call me then she doesn't call, I have been told that there is network issues, awaiting feedback from manager, and also they still waiting on their investment so they can process my claim, I am not happy with NBC, and seeing reviews here, they should be ashamed of their service delivery!
I am struggling with NITC I joined them last year June/July 2022 hoping to be assisted on removing debt review flag on my account, till now i have not been assisted, recently the Agent advised me to open an account so that my score can increase from 660 to a more favourable score, but how can i do that if they have not cleared my name on debt review, why would an agent advise me like that, on top of that no clear communication is provided to me or any accurate feedback, i always have to call when i need an update, the update is always the same that they waiting for NCR to clear my name, no clear feedback is given to be, I thought I would have been assisted but they have failed me, i am not sure why these companies are making false promises to us, when they know they cannot assist us or provide clear communication and weekly updates to us!! This is so stressing. can NITCC help me please or refund me to look elsewhere for assistance.
