PLEASE AVOID THE FOURWAYS MALL BRANCH! I bought a cell phone there, specifically a Hisense U70, on the 8th day or so the phone started turning off by itself and had to get the battery removed and put back in again just for it to turn on. This happened at least once a week. Eventually we took it back to have it repaired and after NO communication from the manager of the branch, eventually she said she HASN'T sent it in for repairs but will give us a new phone of the same brand, we mentioned we didn't want another phone but a refund she rep**** by saying "We should have told her that before she sent it in" (even though she just told us the previous day that she didn't send it in?) That same day when we got the new phone it started turning off by itself once again so we took it back the next day and we were "helped" by an extremely rude employee who showed us that the previous phone DID go in for repairs but we can not get a refund for the new phone because the manager arranged something ***** with Vodacom because the new phone wasn't even registered in their system. So we went back today after speaking with management as we were instructed that for a refund the phone needs to go in for repairs twice? And the same disrespectful employee kept ignoring our question of where the first faulty phone was.
The vet that assisted us was very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional and VERY passive aggressive. She was very bad at communicating with us about our dog! I would not recommend taking your animal there, the service is horrible, the communication is horrible and the vets themselves arent friendly or comforting.
