Take shape property

I have never received such a bad and a terrible service from Take Shape, living here is the pits. My rent sky rocketed from 3k to 4.2 within a blink of an eye. We’re being charged for hot water when the water is nothing to Luke warm, we’re insanely getting charged for water, now they’ve increased electricity when we buy our own electricity. The refuse for R125 is also crazy especially because their ******* bins are forever full. My unit has been leaking water and the paint is falling off but no one is coming for maintenance. If take shape doesn’t want customers they must let people go cause we can’t be paying extra thousands, money doesn’t fall off the trees

Personal loan

My loan with African was for 4yrs , and they changed it to 120 months and increased the instalment as well without contacting me,I don’t know if a ghost gave them consent to change both the instalment and the term
