Poor customer service
I had a microloan with GetBucks years ago, the account was paid up but still showing on my credit profile, I am unable to get any assistance from them whatsoever to get a paid up letter, this is very frustrating to hold on hours on hours and get sent pillar to post with their ****ty service! if I do not get assistance I will be taking this up with the relevant ombudsman.

Disgusting Service Delivery
I will rate this courier company 0 stars, I do not know why they are still even operating with their absolutely **** service delivery! No one answers the phone at Durban warehouse, their email address "durbancollections@courierit.co.za does not work! I ordered an item on 24th November it's now 4th December and my parcel has been sitting in their warehouse from last week Friday! I am absolutely ****ed of with this company! YDE please change your courier company! if you continue using them I will not be shopping with you guys!

No refund or feedback from Vodacom for smar****ches purchased online
In July Vodacom had a promo on their Huawei smar****ches, I purchased 8 watches on 17th July, 4 for myself and 4 for my boyfriend. I received notifications that my order was cancelled and I did not receive my money back. I called the Vodacom support number and was told to email an email address of which I got no help, I am going in circles and no one can help me and this is highly frustrating as R900.00 is a lot of money to me!!! I received no product, just an sms saying item out of stock and I did not receive a refund! This is over a month now, wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from Vodacom online looks like they just want to **** you and take your money. Oh and with the **** act I full right not to share my ID number via email rather get a consultant to call me!!!
