Whatever you do, DO NOT use this comapany..... Worst customer service in the world. Ordered tiles from them; they are a day late with delivery. Worse, as they don't have stock now, they apparently need to do a special order. Nobody called to let me know. My project will need to wait a week for them to receive the stock. What a disgrace!!!
My wife joined the gym at the beginning of November. We paid the joining fee and tag costs. She was given the following deal with Donavan (Your ***********, non-responsive salesperson) The deal he gave us was as follows: (I have proof of WhatsApps, and sent it to the Gym Manager, which never bothered helping!!!) Nov - Free Dec - Free Vitality rate from January. They have billed me the completely wrong amounts since Nov, up until now. We have logged numerous complaints to no avail... Every time you receive a message from the customer service email saying you owe us money...How ridiculous...They owe me over R2,900 due to incorrect billings...You can't speak to the Finance department of anyone who actually understands the billing...WHAT A DISGRACE!!! NEVER JOIN THIS GYM....
Worst service ever, and they never finished the job. Gert was making promises and never delivered on any. Had to get someone else to fix the roof. Orbit kept my money, and never heard from them again. BE WARNED. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
