This is the second time ordering and just like the first time I was blown away by the exceptional service. Well done you show that it can be done.
The service was amazing, placed my order and within 10 minutes received a call to discuss details. 30 minutes later received a photo with the completed product and 10 minutes after than the tracing number for shipment. I have never received such great service EVER! Furthermore the detail of the engraving was impeccable. I will highly recommend using Cecil for any engraving work. So happy!!
You use the worst courier in the country Bex Express. Item dispatched 30/05/2018 and they only put it on the vehicle for delivery 07:35 on 02/05/2018. I am still waiting at 15:30 no delivery. Evetech is based in Midrand and I am in Randburg. How can it take this long to deliver?! Called Bex they said they will phone the driver and call me back, Im still waiting...
Bought an item from Evetech and they dispatched it to Bex on the 30/04/2018, Bex then only loaded it for delivery at 07:35 on 02/05/2018 it is now 15:15 and still no delivery. How can it take a whole day from Evetech (Midrand) to Randburg?! I phoned at 14:45 and they said they will call the driver, im still waiting...
I booked tickets online on Sunday 28 April 2018 for the new Avengers movie at the prestige cinema @ Cradelstone mall for Tuesday @ 17:30 because it was the only day available that they had the love seat for row D. I paid over R 300 for the 3d glasses and the payment went off my account instantly. However I was greeted with a screen saying one moment just processing your reference number. I NEVER got the reference number but I took a screen print and a bank statement to show the money went off. Arrived at the cinema on Tuesday at 16:00 (early so that we could resolve the issue). After about 45 minutes of dealing with the manager and been told that the tickets were in fact not booked (despite the money coming off my account) they then tried to help and put us in the only available seats in the "normal: cinema. I declined this request due to the following; A: I book online because I am fussy where I sit (spending R 300 plus on a movie I like to sit where I like to sit - hence I book 3 days in advance if need be!!!) B: I paid for prestige now you want to put me in the normal theater! C: I booked row D in the middle, now I must sit in the back row in the corner?! After declining the **** seats I was told I need to now phone ticket line and ask for a refund. I am so disgusted with the disappointment of not being able to watch the movie I waited 3 days for, the time to try and sort out the mess (an hour) at the cinema and now I get to be on the phone with a call center and waist more of my time. I will not be contributing to Ster-Kenikor shareholding profits in future and I will tell everyone who will listen what a complete let down you are regarding customer service. P.S There were 2 other couples who has the same experience. (this was not our first either at about a year ago I booked online and same issue). You guys are well aware of your online booking issues yet you do nothing about it. Disgusting!!!
My repair is still in progress but I just want to say that I was so impressed with the friendly and positive attitude. So first off they offer me a card and I accept and give them my work address. I get an sms confirming they will be there between 08:00 and 12:00 to deliver. At 12:30 I go out to lunch because they clearly are not coming, I then get a call and have to run back to the office. They are not there, they are at the wrong address (so wrong that they say they will take 1 hour to get to me about 13:45). At 15:15 I phone and ask if they are still coming and they say they are around the corner. They get to me and wont accept the proof of residence, apparently a delivery note to the address with my name and recent date is not good enough. They then phone me the next day and I explained that the post office have not delivered post to our house in over a year that's why I buy things online and have them delivered to the house for proof of residence. They then agree to deliver the card to my house and I take a days leave to be home. Sms saying delivery between 08:00 and 12:00. @ 15:00 I phone and they say they had a missed delivery (meaning I was not at the address). I am furious, I have been waiting the whole day and where was my phone call when they could apparently not get hold of me? Liars!
