I needed my barge boards replaced
I needed my barge boards replaced. Johan Veldman reacted fast to inspect the work that needed to be done and gave me a detailed quotation on the next day. The price was well within my budget and I accepted it. A date was scheduled for the work to be done. The day before Johan phoned me to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, and did the work thoroughly. All I can say is that they are friendly, reliable and offer great service and quality - I recommend them anytime. ---Markus Leibbrandt---

CELL C - your service sucks!!!!!
I got a call from the CELL C call center saying that I can upgrade. a few days later I phoned them and confirmed that I want to have a month-to-month contract - they said they can do it and it will be cheaper as I already have a phone. Now that I want to upgrade to a 24 month contract, they tell me that I already have a 24 month contract and need to pay R1600.00 cancellation fee. After numerous attempts to get a copy of the voice recording, I am still unable to listen to the recording - they phone me and said that my number went to voice mail - after which I found that they have in each case captured a wrongful number to phone me on - yes, they read it back and it is correct, but when they capture it on the system, it is wrong. I have never seen such *********** call center personnel. Ref numbers: 1. 4022900761 2. 4031801732 3. 4031100850 On the third case number they confirmed that I can go to any Cell-C branch to listen to the voice recording, yet when the branch phoned the call center, the recording has not yet been attached to the case number. CELL C - your service sucks!!!!! Your call center personnel have proven numerous times that they are *********** to do the job correctly, supplying me with half of the info that I need to get the results, wasting my time. I do not recommend Cell C for anybody at all. Been struggling nearly 2 weeks to just get to listen to a voice recording????

I would like to thank David Kotzee for his fast and efficient help in correcting my mail setup. He knows exactly what needed to be changed and did it quickly.
