I contacted 1Life to cancel my funeral policy as I was no longer interested in continuing with it. One of their agents called me and I clearly confirmed that I wanted the policy to be cancelled. After that call, no deduction was made in the following month, which confirmed my understanding that the policy had been cancelled. However, to my surprise, the next month money was deducted from my account, and it was deducted twice. I immediately sent an email to query this and request a refund. I was advised that I would receive feedback within 48 hours, but it has now been 5 days and no one has come back to me. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I cancelled the policy, yet my account is still being debited and no one is assisting with the refund. I would like 1Life to urgently resolve this matter, confirm that my policy is cancelled, and refund the money that was deducted from my account without my consent.
I have joined interactive credit solutions last 2 months.they deducted my money for 2 months now without helping me at all.i e-mailed them and call them ,they keeping on saying they are busy with my login details but until now no one is helpful.they are fast in deducting my money but they not helping at all.my name is Daniel ****o sebola.

I have a complain about intellicell.They deduct my money without my concern or permission.The last time i spoke with them they said i have to send them my 3 months bank statement and proof of imployment then when they bring the phone they will swipe my card for debit.i didnt send them my 3 month bank statement and proof of imployment.to my surprise i got a notification that they deducted my money, i dont know how.I want my money back as soon as possible. I only gave them my account number as the consultant said it is the part of application process.Daniel ****o sebola .
In july i complained about old mutual not debiting the funeral cover amount,And there is money in my account .This month they did the same thing.I dont know if they are trying to **** me as my premium is reaching 6 month to qualify.
