Well done
Fast, efficient and on time. Only issue to fix is that once you go ahead and update your flight or change it, the system does not confirm your checked baggage on the system and you have to go to the sales counter and CPT or OR to have them correct the error. Definitely looking forward to boarding your flights again real soon.

Top Service; highly recommended
What can I say. Our stay at the Eco Park Lodge in Zwartkops Centurion was amazing. Well done to the team for making our vacation such a memorable one. I will highly recommend anyone to book the suites for a break away.

Discover(y) Not so (IN)sure
Discovery Insure; or rather Discover that they don't really want to insure. It is an absolute disgrace that it has to take more than a month for you to complete a specified item to be paid out and on top of that I am still battling to get you to complete the rest of my household contents claim for a house break-in and theft. Your consultants are of poor quality, I have to regularly call back or email to find out what's happening on my claim racking up yet another phone bill. Mixed confirmations from the claims administrator on what's happening and then confirming they'd call me back either end of business or within a specified time frame and you've guessed it; it just simply does not happen. As a first time experience having to claim from my insurance it is an utter disgrace and disappointment and I will certainly not recommend the company of this experience.
