I am a regular costumer of parrots Kolonnade therefore I hereby lodge a complaint regarding the condition of the food( full chicken ) I purchased on Saturday afternoon . The chicken was burned and crusty , some parts of it was hard due to being burnt. I am sharing this because i usually do sit ins or buy your chicken for take aways as and when needed. This issue was triggered today as I contemplated on buying chicken at your establishment but was deterred by the quality I had on Saturday. I have also sent email complaining about this to no avail.

I ASKED THE LADY AT THE ROTISSERIE TO CUT MY CHICKEN. THIS IS WHAT SHE DID. SHE EVEN STOLE THE THE WINGS. I PAID FOR ****. Clearwater Mall

I always go to Parrots wonder park for drinks and platter of seafood. Whoever is doing prawns in there big ups I really enjoy eating there 100/10😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 I have went to so many Parrots Kolonnade, menlyn but wonder park Parrots the best!

I recently dined alone at Parrots Restaurant in Menlyn and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered a coffee and a starter, and informed the waitress that I would need two minutes before placing my sushi takeaway order. She only returned after 20 minutes. After finally placing the sushi order, I finished my coffee and starter and waited an excessively long time for the sushi to be ready — close to an hour. During this time, both the waitress and the manager on duty walked past my table several times without once checking in to ask if I needed anything else, not even a refill on my drink. When the bill arrived, I was shocked to see the total was nearly R1000. On closer inspection, I saw that a 10% service fee had been automatically added. Frankly, had it been up to me, I would have given the bare minimum tip because that’s exactly what I received in terms of service. I asked the waitress to call the manager, but she never showed up. Frustrated, I decided to leave. Once I got home and opened my sushi, I was further disappointed. There was no soy sauce, ******, or wasabi included. Worse, the sushi rice was half-cooked, and the overall taste was bland and unappetizing. This entire experience was deeply disappointing — not just because of the subpar food, but because of the complete lack of service. It seems the waitstaff are indifferent, likely because they know their service fee is guaranteed regardless of their effort. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Parrots Restaurant and will not be returning.

The Parrots in Centurion mall has been falling off lately. They have recruited new staff that know nothing about customer service. Yesterday was the first time buying from them since they've changed their staff. They are told to tell customers that they don't have sauce containers for take aways.. Well if not the customers, what are they for?. I had to ask for their manager for me to get one. You don't get offered a plastic bag before check out, when enquiring about one you are told that it's R1. 50 and they only start swiping from R10.. So I can't get a plastic. I don't know it's the new management or what but this is not the Parrots we buy lunch from everyday.
