Poor service from Ackermans phone store even today I'm still waiting for my kids phone. And they don't even bother to call o rectify their mistakes.
I always go to Parrots wonder park for drinks and platter of seafood. Whoever is doing prawns in there big ups I really enjoy eating there 100/10😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 I have went to so many Parrots Kolonnade, menlyn but wonder park Parrots the best!
Uber it's a **** it now starting to rob people money! You request a trip with an amount R131 upon your arrival the price has changed to R229 how? There was not traffic no accident o what so ever is been happening from last week as I reques everyday. If the price is not going up on my next request it says I owe them a certain amount. And sad part is you can't complain as their communication is via computer Ai. It so frustrating!
I bought a phone for my child after a month she complained about it. And I took it back to the shop for them to check it. As they said if the phone is a physical damage they won't fix it and we agreed upon that. Then months go by till I return to the store only to fine that the phone was physical damage they say. I said okay can I have it back then now the story changed to I have to pay for it so they can return it to my surprise they didn't say anything like that in the 1st place it's almost a year since they took that as I told them I am not going to pay for it I want that phone back. Ackermans connection are ****mers and I want that phone back. To think of it such a big company but they **** people taking from the poor!
I bought a perfume from them 3 weeks ago and till today I have not received it. They sent me a email to tell me that it is out of stock after 3 weeks of me placing an order and yet after they received a complaint email from me. Very poor business and pathetic! How do you put something that is out of stock online and you respond after 3 weeks that you out of stock. Very disappointed in them they just boosting their name over nothing very ***********!
Bought a new phone from Ackermans connection Wonder park a month later it gave my child problems as she was the one using it I took it back for repair and they said if it was a physical damage they won't fix it I said it's okay. Now after a month I checked on them only to find out that the phone was physical damage. I ask for it and now they telling to pay for it how I don't know as they have never told me about paying for transport. I feel like Ackermans and their fixing company are ****ming people and I can't just loose my money and phone to Ackermans I'm very disappointed at them
Sasol reward team is *********** I have been calling Sasol rewards from last year trying to change my number for my account as l have lost my number. It's almost a year now trying to change my number to a new number for Sasol reward but nothing is happening I lost my time and airtime contacting Sasol I'm very disappointed at Sasol
Ever since I bought that stale food from Pedro's wonderpark and I complained about it and wrote a review on hello Peter Pedro's have never called to solve there problem. Pedro's is taking people for granted come to think of my money that I lost I'm very much angry and disappointed at Pedro's
Bought a chicken at Pedro's wonderpark on Friday night around 21:35 was very disappointed when I arrived home only to find cold fries burned meat and vey dry my lemon and herbs where dry but not only that at around 4 am we started having running stomach the whole house house and I have a 2 year old son who took the meat also. The following day witch it was Saturday we were sick due to running stomach did call them on Sunday I called to explain to the manager she said I must write an email of witch I did with proof of payment and the medication we took I did send them those thing till now they haven't responded. I call again to check if there is any progress on my query. They say the don't have such query and they didn't even receive my mail. I'm very very angry and disappointed as I lost money and got sick from there food and for them not taking the matter serious!
Game got back to me by calling and I'm thankful from the lady that called from game customer service and the manager from game wonderpark for follow ups they made yesterday I got a new heater from game I'm a happy customer.
