THERE IS AN UNAUTHORIZED DISNEY + MOBILE LOADED ON MY CELLPHONE NUMBER. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS SINCE DECEMBER TO HAVE IT REMOVE. HOWEVER IT KEEPS RENEWING. MTN *123# SHOW NO SUBSCRIPTION BUT MY DISNEY+ SHOWS MTN MOBILE PLAN. I WANT IT REMOVED AS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT. I ALREADY MY OWN DISNEY+ PLAN WHICH IS NOW BLOCKED BY MTN

MTN HAS LOADED AN UNAUTHORIZED DISNEY+ MOBILE ON MY NUMBER NOW IT IS BLOCKING MY DISNEY+ PREMIUM THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING. I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS THAT THEY HAVE CANCELED IT. I WANT IT REMOVED IT IS BLOCKING MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. 4 CONSULTANTS HAVE SEND THE SUPERVISORS MY DETAILS BUT THEY NEVER CALLED ME.
MY SIM CARD IS NOT WORKING BUT THE BILL IS INCREASING. THIS IS TERRIBLE NETWORK. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR BECAUSE THE SIM CARD IS NOT WORKING. THEY BLOCK THE CARD AND THE INCREASE THE BILL. I NEED ANSWERS!!

Called Bankmed and few minutes ago from my mobile number with my airtime. After the whole process of the AI, a female answer saying "We have a system problem, call back again" and she HANGED UP ON ME. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She did not even offer to call me back. JUST HANGED UP!!!
I have been sending nemorous email trying to get information, all I get is Auto responses!!!
I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED. I ASKED MATRIX SOUTHGATE TO REPAIR MY LAPTOP SCREEN. IT IS OVER A MONTH NOW AND MY LAPTOP IS STILL NOT REPAIRED. THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANY FEEDBACK. EVERY TIME I CALL, THE LINE IS BUSY.
I am very perturb, infuriated and annoyed.I went to my ENT specialist yesterday at Flora Life Clinic Hospital who gave me a letter for admission at the same hospital. When I got to reception I was assisted by a consultant who went to go fetch Ntswaki Ngweru (Discovery Benefits Specialist) before he opened a file for me. I asked why is Ntswaki from Discovery being called as I am a Bankmed member and all he has to do is call Bankmed with the ICD code for an authorisation number. Ntswaki said that for me to be admitted she needs a diagnosis report as she decides the duration as a Discovery benefit nurse and I kept say that Bankmed needs the ICD codes from the doctor. She never took consideration of anything I was saying and was very BIAS towards me. She called my doctor who is a specialist/ surgeon and TOLD him that she as a benefits nurse is only giving me 2 day admission. Ntswaki feels firmly that she has authority over my health and my ENT's decision for admission. I called Bankmed and I also have chat proof that Discovery and Ntswaki from Discovery has no authority to decide if I should be admitted or not and also has no authority to make decisions for Bankmed members. Ntswaki has loaded details on the system that with her higher power of being a benefits nurse from Discovery and not Bankmed, she has control over my health and has right to decide how long I should be admitted by only grating 2 days admission so now if the doctor needs more days for observation, he will need to send a motivation to Discovery while I am a Bankmed member all because of Ntswaki's powers. This is such an inconvenience to my health and the doctors time. Can the 2 days be removed and let My Specialist be the one to decide on the duration.
