I am a regular costumer of parrots Kolonnade therefore I hereby lodge a complaint regarding the condition of the food( full chicken ) I purchased on Saturday afternoon . The chicken was burned and crusty , some parts of it was hard due to being burnt. I am sharing this because i usually do sit ins or buy your chicken for take aways as and when needed. This issue was triggered today as I contemplated on buying chicken at your establishment but was deterred by the quality I had on Saturday. I have also sent email complaining about this to no avail.
I’m proud and happy to be insured by kingprice , the quality of service is nothing but pure royalty . My car claim was processed professionally and timeously without any inconveniences . Keep up the good
I received a call from the courier guy on Wednesday/Thursday regarding a collection to which I informed them to collect on Monday the 15th Jan and I specifically requested to call when they are coming so I can avail myself at the house.On the 15th received a call from some guy claiming to be a driver and that he is sent to collect the phone of which I went home. Upon arrival I had to reset and delete somethings before I could hand him the phone unfortunately due to the pressure he was giving me I forgot the SIM card . I then remembered that I forgot the SIM card hardly 5-6 minutes after collection and then I called the driver to come back if he couldor we can meet so I can retrieve the SIM card and he informed me that he is still within the area he will call me back . I waited for about 30 minutes but I called him back and he said he still making collections he will call me back . I waited another 1 hour of which I called him then he says he is going to wonderboom airport therefore we should meet there , I drove to there only for him not to take my calls anymore . The following day I called the courier guy office to lodge an enquiry about the SIM card and I was informed that they will retrieve the sim however a day later I called them again to follow-up whereby I was informed that the parcel is returning to me. What is disturbing it was that the driver **** now the operations manager lies that the parcel is returning to me whereas I had contacted my insurer and they confirmed that the parcel is delivered on their side and they have found the sim card . Now courier guy wants me to make a booking from my own pocket to retrieve my SIM card when the whole thing could have been avoided had their driver not **** and then the office not **** as well . It proves to me that they are unreliable and dishonest therefore one could lose their merchandise easily with them.
I lodged a tyre claim refund which was rejected & yes I understand certain elements weren’t adhered to but your service provider didn’t have tyres in stock so what was I supposed to do? Forfeit my holiday and festives because I can’t drive due to lack of tyres by your service providers? I took a proactive step by searching for tyres and chnaging them yet you don’t want to refund based on failures. Worse they don’t even care to call to explain all you get it emails so why must I get punished for your service providers ineptness and lack of urgency ? What’s even disappointing is that I think the poor unfair service is due to the fact that you know you already got paid by wesbank . I’m disappointed
I am disappointed in Golden Rock Spur Lephalale unprofessional conduct this afternoon. I ordered Apache combo during loadshedding this afternoon thereafter the generator went off , all lights went off whilst waiting for my food. The waiter then delivered the food during which smoke started coming from kitchen of the restaurant into the seating area were I was the lone patron. I couldn’t eat so I nibbled one wing only afterwards I asked the waiter for bill and doggy bag, mind you there was no onion rings in my meal. I went to my lodge and when I wanted to divulge my ribs and pork chop they were medium rare to a point I couldn’t stomach them. My issue is why did the waiter and force to release the meal if the food was not well prepared ?? I could not eat my food as a result the only thing I had was chips and the four wings, I did not eat ribs , pork chop and onion rings therefore is it fair on me? I paid the full amount but honestly I felt like I was cheated out of a meal. My number is 0764435681
I called MTN on time to request cancellation of my contract which was lapsing , the agent did not cancel and close my account as requested instead i was billed out of bundle because of an error from their own employee. What is more disturbing is I have lodged queries over month ago which have not been responded to and no feedback provided.
Worst experience at Nandos Mall of Africa, I ordered 2 full chickens, pap , 6 rolls , chips, salads and drinks. First of all the pap was like soft porridge I alerted the waitress that it’s not good and she gave me an attitude , didn’t even bother responding to me then the brought the two chickens uncut, I complained again the next thing they brought the wrong orders. Afterwards the waitress never bothered to come back to change the chickens, she never brought sauces for our meals , not enough serviettes and glasses for 8 people on a table . I attempted to alert the waiters but none bothered to assist . Is this how you serve people?

King price is deliberately stalling in processing my claim , people that lost their vehicles have claimed with other insurances and have had their claims settled but my claim is not progressing at kingprice What is even more infuriating is that there is no communication whatsoever and feedback , I am constantly the one calling and even providing required documents to try to speedy the process when they should be doing it on my behalf .
