I am a regular costumer of parrots Kolonnade therefore I hereby lodge a complaint regarding the condition of the food( full chicken ) I purchased on Saturday afternoon . The chicken was burned and crusty , some parts of it was hard due to being burnt. I am sharing this because i usually do sit ins or buy your chicken for take aways as and when needed. This issue was triggered today as I contemplated on buying chicken at your establishment but was deterred by the quality I had on Saturday. I have also sent email complaining about this to no avail.
I’m proud and happy to be insured by kingprice , the quality of service is nothing but pure royalty . My car claim was processed professionally and timeously without any inconveniences . Keep up the good
Cell C is toying and tormenting me months after they terminated the fraudulent account they upgraded without my Consent. I have discovered that Cell C has actually taken my account to the debt collectors on then basis that i am in arrears but how so when the account was fraudulently upgraded? how can I owe when the same Cell C terminated the same contract because it was fraudulent? To make matters worse no one is willing to assist because I have been calling everyday but i am sent from pillar to post. I had to fight to have the contract cancelled and now I am fighting to clear the debt which should not have accrued in the first place. Every time they transfer me to legal department the calls gets disconnected and they don't want to give me the direct line. i even have a reference number for my case yet it has been erased on the system why? I lodged a fraudulent case even submitted my documents but no feedback. I am this close to exposing this social media with all the evidence I have at my disposal.
cell c keeps on debiting me yet there is no contract in place and the debt accumulates every months yet I don’t have a contract with them. How is it that I can be in arreas when I don’t have a contract? My contact is 0764435681
Mtn still has my handset and they refusing to fix it nor give a new handset to date I’m still paying the contract without a phone. Since last year June they have been promising to date nothing has happened yet they promise to take legal action against me when I tell them it’s better i stop paying the contract.
In January 2019 I took a contract for IPhone X for my son and 5 months later the handset began having network issues. My son went to MTN mall of the north to report the problem and they couldn’t assist , they told him to reset the phone and do software upgrades to which still the phone couldn’t get network. My son went to the store a number of times to which they failed to assist him until he went to Istore when he was informed that the phone has serious defects . In January 2020 I took the phone to the store to get it checked. The store never took the phone to an approved repair center instead a false report was fabricated so that the store doesn’t take a responsibility . I have reported the matter to the regional and head office to date nothing has been done instead I’m sent from pillar to post because they are protecting each other. I have been paying over year for a dead phone and MTN has failed to take responsibility for selling me a phone with defects. My contacts is 0828248646
Worst service I ever experienced Today I went to Barcelos Wonderboom to buy takeaway chicken and as I approached the till I realised that the cashier is having an altercation with her colleague and that point I was standing there witnessing all of this I kept quiet and waited for them to finish. After the altercation the cashier lady who’s name is Vuyo continues to ignore me whilst she is sorting out her cash register so I finally speak to her to get her attention in order to place the order. At that point I’m the only customer seeking assistance but then she then rushes me and takes out her frustrations on me to which I reprimanded her about her attitude and conduct so I placed my order at 17:50 and waited patiently for the food. at that moment there’s other costumers at the queue who also purchase food after me . To my surprise every customer that ordered after me got their orders before me including the delivery guys. Vuyo deliberately skipped my order which I could see placed on the counter and pretended not to see it until all the orders were issued. My order was issued an hour later after it was placed . All the time I tried to get her attention she ignored me and pretended not to see me or hear me. To top everything up when I got my food and tried to eat it the chicken was rare to medium rare therefore we never ate the chicken ,now my suspicion is she probably told the kitchen guy to mess up my food. That lady is pure evil and her attitude is the worst iv experiences in my whole life .
3 weeks ago I wrote a review regarding the illegal and unauthorised upgrading of my contract to which Cell C has responded after months of trying to close the contract. I have recently discovered that the contract has been terminated however they are refusing to issue me with a settlement/paid up letter as well as my money back. I desperately need the settlement letter because the account has been disrupting my property registration for the last two months. What puzzles me further is that they account has been terminated however they are refusing to give me the letter. All I want is the letter the crediting can come later.
CellC network has upgraded my contractor further 24 months without my consent and authority and now they are refusing to cancel the contract. I have been attempting to cancel the contract for almost a month calling their call centres but I am being sent from pillar to post , no one seems to want to assist and I have lodged a fraud query but still to no fruition.what CellC has done amounts to fraud but they don’t want to take responsibility. They have been illegally billing for the contract which I did not even know of as I had called to terminate the contract a month after it had lapse but to my surprise it continued to run.
