I've been going to this restaurant for over 5 years and their quality and taste of food has never changed, This is the perfect place for any occasion.
In March 2022 I logged a problem via the Samsung app with my washing machine. I was then contacted by Smart Appliance Centre to come and do an assessment on my machine. I did advise them that the machine is still under warranty and the machine is not spinning so there may be a fault with the motor. The technicians said they think its the PC Board and the machine must be taken to their workshop, which we agreed to. I got a quote for a new PC Board which was R 3140.00. I paid this to have the machine fixed. The machine was then returned to me, however it was doing the same thing, it was not spinning. They then collected the machine again and after 2 months of me calling they tell me that the problem is the motor and there are no spares so the machine cannot be fixed. I must use it the way it is. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I PAID R 450.00 FOR A CALL OUT FEE THEN ANOTHE R3140 TO GET THE MACHINE "FIXED" ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE REASON IT IS NOT WORKING IS THE SAME REASON I TOLD THEM INITIALLY. THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOTHING. THEY JUST ROB PEOPLE AND WE ARE EXPECTED TO KEEP QUIET. NOW MY MACHINE WHICH IS NOT EVEN 5 YEARS OLD IS JUST LAYING NOT BEEN USED BECAUSE OF THESE USELESS PEOPLE. Samsung has confirmed that this "repair centre" is NOT an approved Samsung Repair Centre so they are also false advertising their business. This company is a ***** company.
