I received an offer about Free Gifts, I picked the gifts, Succefully but on my orders there are no free gifts. When I enquire, They are telling me stories. I am so disappointed in their service
I got my MTN Sim contract and activated on the 22nd October 2025. My package is 50GB for R200 a month. Now, when I activated my SIM I oy got 15GB ( which was never discussed with me). I enquired about it, was told I was provisioned pro rate. Which means I was provisioned with what was left for the month. The full package was said to be provisioned on the 27th of October. Come 27, no data. I enquired again, they told me stories that I'll only get my full package on the 1st. I'm so disappointed in MTN. Such a big network provider in South Africa!
They are very big ****mers. They give out 20 Free Spins on certain games but once you play and win, they lock the money you have won. You can't continue playing to fulfill their wagering requirements. Basically, we just playing for them. You can't find the money you have won on any game. Not even the very same game you were playing.

I am so annoyed, I have been requesting for an update on my report. I settled my debt on the 28th of May 2024, but the debt still shows as unsettled and in arrears. Do I need to call an Ombudsman before you fix this matter? How long have I been requesting?
Acquifin has failed me mamy times. I've been trying to talk to them regarding a debt I had with them which I settled in MAY but even now, it's still showing on my credit report. I paid in May, they updated in July as "In Arrears".
I have been asking for an update on my credit report from Experian SA. I have a debt I settled more than 4 months ago, but Experian still shows it as an Account in Arreas, even after I sent them a Paid Up letter. I'm so disappointed in them
Very horrible experience! I had an account that was handed over by Truworth's account to I-Com services then I settled it on the 27th June 2023. Until now, they are failing to help me remove it from my credit report.
I am so annoyed at this point. I bought 1ForYou voucher around 9pm yesterday. When I topped up my account, it showed that it didn't go through. When I tried again it said it has been used. I tried calling my provider before I called you, they said it was redeemed on WSB, but it doesn't appear on my account. I have been trying to contact you. I called, I sent a text with all the details on WhatsApp, no one is responding. I sent numerous messages and emails, even Live chat.... I couldn't get the help I needed. What do you want me to do for you to assist me? Why the poor customer service? I'm so annoyed
