Unprofessional behavior
Once you pay for everything they just ignore you,no updates about what is happening with the order they ignore you on WhatsApp. When you call them they don't answer. I guess I have been ****med. Please help me get my money back

Watch out for Assupol eating old people's money
My granny had an insurance with Assupol life.she didn't add no beneficiary because we were not aware of this policy.now I trying to claim they are giving me a run around even though I sent everything they asked for.a lady that I know claimed and got the money her granny died 2 years ago we went together to Sassa and they told us that Assupol has been taking money from our grannies accounts.how many people are they taking money from without their knowledge and when they die they don't pay out it's just a win for them.im not gonna let it go I'm gonna go to the papers radios and all to warn people about this ****.they take money from this old people and don't pay out anything.they asking me about beneficiary but they were not worried about that when they were taking the money without my granny's permission.i so angry with this policy.
