i called to inquire why i had recieved less stock than what i did the previous time and paid more than i did, the lady got rude and started to shout at me as though i was stupid or aliterate. or maybe she was upset that she is being questioned by a black person because their primary communication is Afrikaans which is fine i don't have a problem with that. but i am a paying client and deserve to be treated with the same respect i give to them. During her shouting match i never once raised my voice because my intension was not to fight but to understand their packaging so i can plan better because i am running a business and how that charge and they quantity make a big impact on my business. they cannot just give me stock according to how they feel on a particular day.
i am beyond appalled by the service i recieved from a Masebulelo Makgabla in the gems pre auth call center, i have never in my 15 years of working with medical aid have i experienced such manner of disregard and disrespect. i don't know if these consultants are not aware that we are providing a service to their members who are the reason they are employed. Gems need to proper training and selection of their staff. he even refused to send me to his team leader. The audacity and arrogance from an employee to a service provider so never be permitted. If any one at gems wants to listen to the call he said the reference number is his name and surname today's date 12/2/2025 i called around 14:01
One of the bolt drivers has ****** my computer, he has been making excuses as to. Why he cannot bring it back it been a month now. I have proof of communication. I need bolt to open an investigation to call him and hold him accountable I have all proof needed or flag his car for ******** activity.
