I ordered a pair of pants two weeks ago as a birthday present for a friend. A week later no communication about arrival of the product and no response to my email. Two weeks later, still no product and suddenly I see the order has been cancelled with no email explaining why. I call the help line, was put on hold forever, then finally they tell me that they are out of stock, even though the same product and size is still listed on their website. Terrible service from a brand that likes to charge high amounts for their products, but can't conduct professional and efficient customer service. Never buying from them again!
Patience was very friendly and efficient with helping me solve a claim issue.
On the 14th of March I contacted Webafrica to request a home transfer of our wifi and to request cancellation of the wifi at the old residence on the 1st of April. The assistant Busisiwe called me to assist and advised that the wifi would be transferred and the old line cancelled on the 1st. Now it is the 2nd and Webafrica has charged me for two services, claiming that I did not request cancellation as it does not show on their system. How can a business be so ********* and manipulative? Do not trust Webafrica. They pull stuff like this all the time to ***** your money and give you the worst service imaginable. I am still fighting with them to get them to void the 2nd service and amend their mistake, but they are not being helpful and I feel incredibly angry and sad that businesses can run with so little integrity.

Two days ago I purchased travel insurance from AXA Insurance for my upcoming visa appointment today. They took the money off of my card and never sent through the insurance certificate or policy number. I tried chatting to their online assistant who was very rude and said I would have it by this morning in time for my appointment. Today I still have not received anything and have had to purchase new travel insurance so that my visa request does not get rejected. I emailed the company and have still not heard a word from them. Do not purchase insurance with AXA, they will take your money and not deliver their services.
Webafrica is the worst internet provider I have ever dealt with! I received an email saying our request to cancel the internet service will be completed at the end of the month, which we never requested! After much trouble getting hold of them, the agent assured that it was a mistake (without being able to explain why) and that the service would not be cancelled. Two days later, another email came through to say it was cancelled. We have been trying to get it reconnected for over a week by LITERALLY calling and chatting to them EVERYDAY and it has still not been sorted. I do not recommend Webafrica for any internet service...too bad I only saw all the other complaints on Facebook about their terrible service after I signed up with them. Not sure how they're still running a business.
