VERY BAD SERVICE DELIVERY
Be very careful in your dealings with this lot! They promise the earth and deliver nothing but empty promises which is typical of these people! Waited for over 2 months for a R600 refund which after threats was eventually made. Stay away and look for other businesses BUT NOT THE PLEASE!0 replies

COMPLAINTS AND ***** AT FNB GO UNCHECKED
Have logged several complaints to FNB as well as using the App for someone to contact me regarding ***** on my account. Started emailing on 22/8 and ever other day and just receive a message that someone will contact me. After 43 years with them I am at my wits end for poor service indeed! Wish they would contact me!1 reply
