Council Solutions
I contracted Council Solutions to resolve a matter with City of Johannesburg. Council Solutions charged a significant fee for their services however provided little to no feedback on the progress of the matter and to date after five months have not resolved the matter. I do not recommend using Council Solutions to resolve any matters with COJ. It would be in your best interests to save your money and attend to the matter yourself. You will provide a better service to yourself than Council Solutions.

I would not recommend using the services of Council Solutions as I found them to be unprofessional and unable to resolve the matter they were contracted to resolve. I would recommend saving your money and attending to your matter with COJ yourself. You will provide a better service to yourself than Council Solutions are able to.

Council Solutions - **** - Stay Away from Them
A warning to all vulnerable COJ Municipality customers out there. If you are experiencing billing errors with COJ, please DO NOT use the services of a company called Council Solutions. This company is actually a ****. They will *****ulently take your payment and they will provide absolutely no service whatsoever. They charge an exorbitant fee to assist COJ customers to correct billing errors but once you have paid them they "ghost" you. They do not provide any feedback whatsoever and they will not provide the service you paid them for. Stay away from them. Rather go to COJ and sort the issue out yourself. You'll be more successful.
