I bought speakers worth R3k and the only email I received was order and payment acknowledgement. Thereafter, I’ve tried to phone and the number rings unanswered and this is all the time. I sent an email to their support mail and I received a mail back saying, I should raise a ticket on their website in order for them to assist but after I had done that it says I have no orders on the system. So in essence I have no means to track my order and to top it off, they have no offices in Joburg so I can’t physically go query this issue. My purchase was done on the 8th of October today it’s the 25th with no communication whatsoever.
I'm using an LTE Wireless, which has connection but no internet yet I'm on an unlimited bundle. I called 081180 and 10210 and I'm just waiting to speak to a consultant, it's been over an hour now. I've had to connect with a Vodacom ****le just to write this review. Imagine if it was from Telkom, I wouldn't have been able to even buy my kids data. There's no communication that says they are experiencing an issue or if something is wrong with my account which in that case there never is but I have to deal with this nonsense on a Sunday morning, this is totally unacceptable.
