I received the best and excellent service yesterday from a good and kind lady Named Lisa Khanya - when all her colleagues failed to help me after days - she came as a hero and helped me immediately with 5min of our call everything was sorted - I am happy - thank you Lisa God bless you
Not a pleasant experience - I would not encourage anyone to use Kanga Finance, very unprofessional consultants, communication is poor. I have been paying my account account for over 2 years with no problem - never skipped a payment - life happens that I am facing Financial constraint now for this month of December since we had a funeral at Home - sent them emails a few weeks ago to ask for a payment skip only for this month of December then I will pay everything in January - called them for assistance and they told me where to get off - told me I am not the only one with problems and I am not the only one who pays their account well. - very unprofessional and no qualities of being Human.
I have two paid up accounts with them - I been sending them emails to update the accounts from my credit profile but I get no assistance its been 4 months now since I paid up the loans- this is frustrating as it messes up with my credit profile - makes me wonder if this company really exists - or its just someone out there behind a laptop running everything
