Bad Service
It's been 7 days since I've placed my order. I still have not received shipping details. Yesterday I called their customer care line and was informed my order has not even been picked yet. I asked to be called with an update. Still waiting. Poor service Yuppiechef. Next time i'll use Finegoods.co.za.

****MER ALERT Be aware of this ****mer. NEOSMART Security. We bought a D5 gate motor from their website. At first the owner said that the courier forgot to load the parcel with our motor, it will be send the next day. We only received an anti-theft bracket and batteries after spending over R9000 with NEOSMART. The motor never arrived and no response from the company. Later we found reviews on Hello Peter South Africa where people had the exact same experience as us. We eventually received the motor but only because we persued him. Closed his bank account and website. Unfortunately very easy to move the website. Don't buy from this person. By tracking the IP address we discovered it's actually a Zimbabwean national that deals in ****** goods. Ann Peters 0797904782
