Takealot is playing the runaround game because they do not want to refund
I am getting really frustrated with them. I places an order on the 17th off March 2025, one off the items was a kettle. I picked up the order on the 19th at the Herm**** pick up point at around 12h47pm , drove the 20min home, and tested the items. I found that the kettle was not working due to a faulty plug, and logged a return at around 13h26pm. I returned the kettle to the pick up point, went and bought a new kettle as I needed one, then got a message on the 24th that my return was denied because according to them I damaged the plug. I immediately contacted takealot and spoke to Thubelihle, who assured me that they will follow up and he logged a special return as he stated it. They already send the item back, BUT NOT TO THE HERM**** pick up point where I always receive my orders, but to an address I used one for a gift delivery. They never asked me for a delivery address, but I got the item, and send it back to them again via the Herm**** pick up point, on the 28th. Again yesterday I saw on the app they declined it again, but I got no email. Again I contacted them, got an email from a Natasha.D that she will look in to it. This morning I got an email wanting me to return the kettle AGAIN, FOR THE THIRD TIME, to a pick up point. This one is not anywhere close to me, BUT THE BEST PART IS , I DO NOT HAVE THE KETTLE. It should be with their returns department. I am very disappointed in this service and would like some answers as I cant get anyone to talk to me on the phone, because apparently they are to busy.

Connection between Banxso and Immediate Matrix.
How is BANXSO and Immediate Matrix conected? When you register from Imediate Matrix, agents from Banxso calls you. And nothing that one reads about immediate matrix, is true from Banxso. Not the amount of money you can make in a day, nor the fact that R4800 deposit will make you that profit, they keep asking for more, and definitely not the fact that it is suitable for struggling south Africans. Immediate matrix states that it was developed for the South African public to help financially, but I can't see it helping us.

Immediate Matrix false information articles.
Immediate Matrix advertise false information. Articles that promise you huge profit in a day if you join them with the minimum deposit of R4700, that in the end is R4800, after you register. They also don't say that when you register through their link, you will be contacted by a totally different company. Instead of the R19000 to R30 000 per day, you hardly get R50. It is advertised as a great opertunity for struggling South African families but as soon as you deposited the money, they keep telling you to deposit more, eg R100 000 to R200 000 of you want to make any significant profit. So definitely not for struggling SA public I won't say it is a ****, but definitely not as mentioned on articles in News24 or SABC interviews. They also say in these articles that payout takes around 20min and max 48 hours to reflect in you SA Bank account, AGAIN false, as on their web page it states up to 14 days after they take a huge cut for themselves. And eve rytime you ask them about the articles and the information stated in it, they have a hundred different stories of you funds being to little, and urging you to deposit more. You never get a straight answer. I just write this review, so others who want to join, are warned and informed in advance, as none of this is told to you when a consultant contacts you after registration.

Useless warrenty on Ryobi from Game, faulty product, but refuse to exchange, when bought less than 24h ago.
We bought a Ryobi 125cc lawnmower from Game SOMERSET WEST yesterday, 25/10/2023. This morning when my husband used it, oil started running out of the Ohv box in front. Not just a few drops, ran like water. Contact Game Somerset West imediatly, just to be told that they can't exchange it, they have to book it in for repairs. Less than 24 hours after purchase. Their excuse where that since he already used it, they can't exchange it for a new one. But if he didn't use it, how would he have known it has a problem? Very poor service and worthless warrenty on product. Will NOT BE SUPPORT THEM AGAIN.

I have ordered from them a few times now over the last year, and had great service everytime. Can highly recommend them
