I will never order from Waltons ever again. I bought a bag online only to find its too big. I lodged for a return to get a refund. im writing this on the 19th of January i lodged for return on the 27th of December. I have written multiple emails tried to call but theres no answer.i really regret buying from waltons and i wouldn't advise anyone to buy online from Waltons.
Sanlam is the worst company to trust with your finances. In 2022 majority of my colleagues and i noticed we had a funeral cover with sanlam sky that was *****ulent. We complained to sanlam sky and the management came to our workplace to address the issue. They told us not to open a case or complain because the person who opened those covers for us will resign n they wont be able to help us. I wanted a refund but instead they told me to just cancel the policy and take another policy so that the refund can fall into the new policy. I took the policy and for 4 years i have never received any communication from them. I went to a branch to check whether the refund has been added to the policy and to my surprise it was not added and its not possible to add it because I cancelled the policy. Sanlam sky is a total ***** and i dont want anything to do with them.i just want my money and leave. whatever ive lost ive lost.
Capitec did my mother dirty... my mother received funds then the bank froze her account with the money she had before she received the funds.. we went to the branch to provide documents to show there was no *****... my mom suffered a lot all because Capitec bank is holding on to her money saying there's nothing they can do... how can a big bank like capitec do this? Be careful with your money... even now she has mot received her money... we are definitely going sue this useless bank.
Sanlam deserves no star at all... the worst... I have been waiting for my money for two weeks... they sent me a wrong claim form on purpose and only told me on the day I was supposed to receive my cash out... I took a policy with Sanlam because they took a policy on my behalf without my consent ... I filled in a refund form and I have not received the refund till date and it's been over a year ..so they owe me two things and they are not even bothered ...I've been too patient...this business is a total ****... I'm definitely complaining straight to the ombudsman
