Dear reader/potential customer I claimed for unspecified loss under my motor vehicle cover,my car was broken into and personal items and tools were ******.Outsurance called me immediately after receiving my claim via thier app and less 10 days my claim was approved and paid out to replace my ****** items.I will never change Outsurance even if the premiums rise but the exceptional service excellence outweighs any price.
On the 15 August 2023,I was hi-jacked at gun point whilst on duty at Somalian shop at New Brighton township in Gqeberha.My car was ****** by the *******/******s and my personal belongings my cellphone,ID & driver's licence.And also my work assets.I submitted my claim the same day and within a week my claim was paid out.I replaced my vehicle within a month in 09 September 2023.In my entire years as vehicle owner having car insurance with various companies,I've never experienced such a quick,seamless and professional service from an insurance company.That't why I'm still insured with Outsurance and will not change to another car insurance company.
Dear Customer or future client I would like also to inform the public that Credit Legal Consultants have today finally refunded my R750 after numerous attempts contacting them.I have learned a good lesson the hard way.Thank you ''Hello Peter" for this platform.
Dear reader My personal vehicle was hi-jacked at gunpoint on the 15/08/2023 while performing my work duties as Field Sales Rep for Diplomat Distributors in Gqeberha (former employer) at New Brighton outlet. I submitted my claim on the 16/08/2023 using the Outsurance app,cut a long story short. My essential cover policy claim was approved and on the 31/08/2023 I received my claim payout.I was able to buy another replacement used vehicle and also insured it with Outsurance. Now that's exceptional service from the Outsurance team Karen,Ronel and their assessor.
Refund complaint on BRN no:1264373.I received my R2500 refund after posting a review on hello Peter about the bad service at WeBuyCars Gqeberha branch.
On the 23 June 2023 ,I joined Credit Legal Consultants to remove my name from Debt Review and was quoted (recorded call) R1500 which I can pay in two monthly installments starting on the 25th of August 2023.I was promised that CLC will work on my debt review process immediately.I signed a power of attorney form and on the 25/08/2023,R750 was deducted by CLC on my bank account.The first week I had paid I called Thier office and Katlego told me a totally different story that CLC will only work on my file once the 1st installments is paid and was told that debt review removal is R8000 not R1500.I wrote an email informing CLC to cancel thier services as they misled me as I couldn't afford R8000.I asked for the R750 refund which CLC deducted.I have been calling CLC and writing non-response emails demanding my full refund but to no avail.I would like to warn other consumers not to be a victim of this unprofessional,poor customer service and ********* company.The debit order could not be reversed by my bank consultant as I authorized Naedo debit order system which cannot be reserved as I entered my bank card pin number on a pop-up message on my cellphone sent by the Sales Consultant who sold me the service on the 22 June 2023.So be very careful as you are giving them permission to draw money out of your account that you can't reverse on your banking app or inside your bank branch.
