I've ordered from the Woolworth on line shop a week ago. Phoned their contact centre on Friday who told me that the parcel is out for delivery. Nothing. Phoned again today and was told by their contact centre that the delivery is split The one part will be delivered today and the other he does not know cause they do not have contact with the courier people. This was not communicated to me at all - what a surprise. It is now after 5 and yet another day with no delivery and empty promises. I gave up trying to get help from their contact centre and send email queries to their customer service as well as complaints departments with zero response up to now. I've heard how bad their on line shop is but hoped that the reality will be different. It is not - sad but true. Do not use them you as you will definitely be disappointed.

On Sunday 3 September more than R400 airtime disappeared from my Vodacom account. I wanted to make a call and iso more than R400 airtime the balance was R0. I went to two of their branches, send emails to the Vodacom addresses, spoke to two ladies at their contact centre and tried their artificial 'not so intelligent' bod and to date I had nobody fixing this or even came up with an idea on how they are going to do this. Zero - nothing!!!! It is totally unacceptable that this can just happen and they do absolutely nothing to fix this.
