I had horrible service at Woolworths Herm****, tried to buy a roasted chicken, but was totally ignored by the staff behind the counter. Eventually one of the two chicken available got sold to a guy that arrived after me. After a complaint to the manager I was offered a one legged chicken for free to make up for the service failure. Laughable in itself, if not quite insulting. Two callsto Headoffice, trying to speak to a manager at customer sevice was not answered, putting me on hold for more that 10 min. This will make for a great Woolworths party story.
I have tried to cancel my DST subscription. I paid the penalty cancellation fee on 2Sept and send them proof. DSTV did not cancel the subscription, instead they stole R512 from my account. Various phone call to reslove this went nowhere with be being transferred from department to department, ending up with a team leader Mavis,in Customer service, which was exceptionally rude, unhelpfull and unproffessional. This leaves me no choice but to lay a charge of theft at the local SAPS and invite the media to this. You cannot ***** a bread, but these people can take R512 from your account at will.
My MFC documents was couriered from Johannesburg, 1 Sept, It is now 13/ 9, no delivery. Worst courier company in SA and an embarresment as a subcontractor to Nedbank. Will rethink any future financing with MFC because of this.
