Today, I phoned the courier company for clarity. My call was transferred to the driver, who claimed he does not have my parcel, which directly contradicts the repeated delivery notifications I received. The lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable. I have wasted several days waiting for a delivery that keeps getting delayed without explanation. There is also no proactive communication from MFC to update me on the true status of my parcel. I am requesting the following: 1. A clear explanation of where my parcel currently is. 2. An accurate delivery date and time. 3. Accountability for the incorrect information and inconvenience caused. This level of service is highly unprofessional, and I am posting this complaint in the hope that it will be resolved urgently.

I am extremely frustrated with this courier company’s incompetence. Mfc used them to deliver my documents and 1 month later they claim that they cannot get hold of me. I called them to rectify the incorrect number that they have and they still have not delivered or contacted me to deliver.

Poor service / communication. I have been waiting for my Natis Docs from mfc since 18 December 2024, when i called mfc on 18th they confirmed the documents were collected on 17 Dec, on 18th evening i tracked my parcel on their website which said it was loaded for delivery, till 20 th Dec my parcel was not delivered, no call ,no sms not even email from them. Saturday 21 december i tracked again only to find the status 'delivery unable to complete' which dated 19/12/24, i called their office line ,ring no answer i then called mfc, they confirmed that the got a report that 'customer was not available', wow what a lie, yet i had plans already but i kept postponing my plans so dat i can be available for delivery. The fact that they **** about me not being available , Really qds. You failed to call, you failed to send sms even a notification of process, Nothing from you. For your information the same day you lie about was the same day i was sitting with my phone in my hand just that i dnt even miss a call. Please dont lie about customers Whuuuu shem !!!!!!!!

My MFC documents was couriered from Johannesburg, 1 Sept, It is now 13/ 9, no delivery. Worst courier company in SA and an embarresment as a subcontractor to Nedbank. Will rethink any future financing with MFC because of this.

Qds were on the ball with getting my parcel delivered to me on time. Doreen is a class act, she got the ball rolling. I'm impressed with the excellent customer service I received and would recommend QDS Courier Services any day. Thank you QDS.

I am desperately waiting for my mail which has been with Qds since 10/2/23. I've sent Doreen numerous emails but with very little feedback. I urgently need delivery of my documents under waybill number MFC7112645.

Natis document from the bank courier to QDS on the 14th June, 10days later nothing to my address Receiving smses that the driver is on the way till today I guess driver is still on the way
