I settled my vehicle with them and they advised me that they would deliver my documents with the change of ownership with 10 working days. 1 month later they still have not delivered. I called them and they keep on referring me to QDS courier’s. QDS courier’s have an incorrect contact number and it doesn’t matter how many times i give them the correct number. They still do not deliver. MFC doesn’t seem to be willing to assist.
I am extremely frustrated with this courier company’s incompetence. Mfc used them to deliver my documents and 1 month later they claim that they cannot get hold of me. I called them to rectify the incorrect number that they have and they still have not delivered or contacted me to deliver.
I went to the Branch in Kroon street Roodeport today. When I got there, the door was closed with no notice. One consultant who did not have a name tag came out of the branch and closed the door again. and so I asked her what was happening since i needed assistance inside . She rudely looked at me and said "I don't know " then walked away. It's very frustrating when you need assistance from a bank which holds an account with you but get treated like you are not a valued customer. If they were having technical problems then she should have said so instead of rudely saying "I Dont Know". There are operating hours on the door and I went during operating hours. If for any reason you cannot open during the times specified, please ask your consultants to at least advice on the reasons clients can't get assistance.
I Purchased a Crunch Burger at the KFC In Park Station On 12-02-2015 at 19:07. I waited for my order until 19:20 and while others who had ordered after me were receiving their Orders. When I requested the cashier to process a refund for me because I had been waiting for long and no one was updating me as to what's happening with my order she told me to just wait because they don't refund you if u purchased using a Debit Card. I then asked to speak to the Manager and the lady just took my till slip and went to the kitchen without calling the manager. I then asked the next cashier to call the manager for me which she did and that's when he came to apologise then went to the kitchen to make sure it was being processed. This was poor customer service, if there's a delay in orders or if it's going to take longer than expected we should be notified before we actually buy so that we can decide whether or not to proceed with the order or not. This is totally unacceptable.
I cancelled my contract prematurely in December. I was told that there wouldn't be a debit in December because it was cancelled by the 20th of December. I then got a notification from my bank advising me that Cell c had tried to debit and the debit had returned unpaid. I called customer care to request their banking details and the amount I needed to pay, I was told they couldn't retrieve my details and I need to be put through to another department which also couldn't assist and advised me to speak to cancellation department. I spoke to Zukiswa who said I must go back to customer care, care tried to explain that I had already spoken to two department who couldn't assist. I asked to speak to the Team leader so that I can be assisted because all the agents were sending me from pillar to post, she started arguing with me and told me I had no right to request for a Team Leader I should go back to customer then she transferred the call without any warning. She was rude and unwilling to assist and that was bad customer service, why did she waste my time and do Authentication knowing very well I was in the wrong department.
Thabiso was very rude and got very impatient with me as she was taking my order which as a result she messed up my order. When i asked to speak to the manager, Sherine came and said she was the manager. She called Thabiso and as i was explaining what the problem was, Thabiso walked away and said she had better things to do. Sherine \The Manager"then said \""She ( Thabiso) has attitude problems which she cannot fix and therefore i must just take it up further\"". People like her should not be working with customers because clearly she does not have the heart and patience. I would gladly appreciate it if such incidents can be prevented from happening."""
