I left the shop with 11 bags of wet cement, they refused to change, The reason was they cant change because it was already loaded in the transport. Cement was loaded, rain started pouring heavily while we still waiting for other items to be loaded
Poor service / communication. I have been waiting for my Natis Docs from mfc since 18 December 2024, when i called mfc on 18th they confirmed the documents were collected on 17 Dec, on 18th evening i tracked my parcel on their website which said it was loaded for delivery, till 20 th Dec my parcel was not delivered, no call ,no sms not even email from them. Saturday 21 december i tracked again only to find the status 'delivery unable to complete' which dated 19/12/24, i called their office line ,ring no answer i then called mfc, they confirmed that the got a report that 'customer was not available', wow what a lie, yet i had plans already but i kept postponing my plans so dat i can be available for delivery. The fact that they **** about me not being available , Really qds. You failed to call, you failed to send sms even a notification of process, Nothing from you. For your information the same day you lie about was the same day i was sitting with my phone in my hand just that i dnt even miss a call. Please dont lie about customers Whuuuu shem !!!!!!!!
Am so disappointed by old mutual money account, money was taken out of my account ,unauthorised, i went to the nearest o/m, when i get there they connected me to someone on the phone who said that is not a debit but online purchase of R399.20 and R239.20, they cant refund, and i tried to tell them i did not purchase any thing , they said they dnt have option but to replace the card n i must open ***** case....i mean, still that card replacement i must pay for it , how am i assisted as a client ? I did not buy anything online ,how do i convince them to pay my money back. Ts even worse cause on the app you cannt reverse any unauthorised debit Frustration is an understatement Am so dissappointed

Am not happy with std bnk , charging for 'overdraft fee' of R69, for an overdraft which i do not have , additional 'mu' sms nton nton, i called customer service spoke to lady ,her name is Bulelwa, they say ts a fee they charge, because i dnt have an overdraft and each time my account is on a minus, this is definatly a punishment for not having overdraft (i mean).......i have never heard of such 'wow' ,am constantly disappointed by std bnk ...worse am cheque acc and they allocated a banker who is never available no matter the enquiries i have.
Its a **** ,as soon u engage the ask you to send money, n they claim to be shein mall but they request money n that banck account is a personal acc.....be alert
Sassa drs grant ****: Am trying to apply drs grant for my son, to my suprise the notification says the application is active but w have never app**** and in fact this is the first time we do, it is obvious someone is using myson id to de***** the system and it does not even give us an opportunity to change the cell number cause it requires application id / code (6 digits) which we do not have and even if we try to update the application t send the otp to obvious the number used when applying ....the process of reporting ***** suspicion is not user friendly, the say complete ***** form ,id copies and so on but online no form attached ...but one thing remain someone is *****ing money in my sons name,
Vodacom online is a **** , i app**** for a contract samsung s23 ultra online from pretoria wen i can to follow up i heard apparently is pending documents, that i app**** at alexandra shop and its hawei y 7 combo which i never been ,i app**** from my pretoria home online, and send through my documents , WHAT A **** GUYS, WHEN I SAID TO THE CALL CENTER CANCEL ,THEY SAID UNFORTUNATELY I MUST GO TO SHOP AND CANCEL ,I MEAN THEY KEEP SAYING I NEVER I APP**** ONLINE. I reneted a car from Avis on 4January 2023 through my insurance , well on that day of collecting the car they car i paid 2000 deposit (of which was reserved from my bank acc) I returned their car early (30/01/2023) and everything was fine but to this day (11/2/23) i did not get my deposit back, i received a message later that they will send me an invoice after 24/72 hours, okay fine a week went by but nothing, so on Saturaday 4/02/23 , i sent them an email through customer care asking about my deposit and the sms they said they will send. Well they response was that ilmy insurance paid for everything thats why there was no invoice but i mean, where is my money???? insurance paid for everything i get it, money will be rleased between 24 / 72 hours, that was the response, on monday! I waited till Thursday, i gave them a call and they said the person who received my case only submited on Tuesday 7/2/23 and they confirmed that the bank did confirm they are still holding my deposit........, okay it should reflect Thursday evening or Friday. Today is 11/2/23, still my 2000 deposit is still on hold. Am not happy with their service at all . My insurance sorted everything for me and worse i returned their car they way i took it and i returned it early than the date they gave me. I mean what is the hold for!
Had a very bad experience with std funeral, my uncle had funeral cover with them, h passed on 30 Dec 2022, n they dnt even work on holiday u cant get hold of them, the watsapp number is useless does not even have option for funeral claims, nly on the 2nd of Jan w put in a claim for his funeral with took place on the 7 Jan 2023, but to this day no money was paid in. Worse part the main member is the one who passed we have no clue of their aggreements ,i dnt c a point of calling it funeral cover if by the day of funeral that money is not paid. AD IDEA
