Florida Supermarket Spar does NOT deliver within 60 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous that one should wait 2 hours for an order. I have to phone and query EVERY TIME and their attitude is ever so nonchalant!
I've been trying to get my query resolved via their WhatsApp portal, to no avail. A few days ago I received a message to say that I'd be connected to a live chat agent asap. An hour went by and nothing happened. I've been trying since 08h11 this morning, Edith acknowledged that she was looking into my inquiry at 08h17. It is 30 minutes already and I'm still waiting. I even failed to get through to their customer service via phone call a few days ago with no success. How do I get hold of these people? My tracking number is 34719581573
Today I ordered a refill at 12h00 and VitalAire worked their magic and delivered it within an hour. I am so impressed with the service I received, I really didn't expect it. Keep it up VitalAire, you deserve a huge thumbs up!
I've been trying to get two disposable nasal tubes delivered since the beginning of August. I've made numerous calls to VitalAire to question when I'd receive it but I'm still waiting. The consultant told me that they can see on the system that I received it on the 2nd of August but I didn't. The driver, Victor only delivered my refill and said that he didn't have the nasal tubes. During one of my calls the consultant phoned Victor who acknowledged that he still owed me the nasal tubes and promised that he'd deliver it that day which is a week ago and I'm still waiting. The nasal tube I'm currently using I've been using for so long and need a change but I've had it with VitalAire now and especially Victor. Yesterday when I phoned them they said that they'd give my request to the nurse because the nasal tubes had never been ordered so I really don't know anymore
I purchased from the deli on Spar 2U cooked lasagne that arrived uncooked and inedible on the 20th of August 23. I immediately complained about the food which they then collected from my home. It cost me R125.99 on which I also paid a 10% of the purchase price making it approximately R138.59. They only refunded me R49.62 and I've been trying to get the difference refunded to me to no avail. I've spoken to Eunice, Francious and Gary and the last contact I had from them was the 1st of September in which they advised me that they have logged a call with head office. I still haven't received an update or refund from them and now my messages on whatsapp isn't going through, it seems like my number is blocked.
I'm trying to order a cpap connector and it's taken me two full days of not getting anywhere with Vitalaire. They are sending me around in circles and transferring me from pillar to post and not returning my calls as they promise.
Qds were on the ball with getting my parcel delivered to me on time. Doreen is a class act, she got the ball rolling. I'm impressed with the excellent customer service I received and would recommend QDS Courier Services any day. Thank you QDS.
I am desperately waiting for my mail which has been with Qds since 10/2/23. I've sent Doreen numerous emails but with very little feedback. I urgently need delivery of my documents under waybill number MFC7112645.
I'm a new client and trying to get hold of support has been a nightmare. They don't answer their phone and trying to log a complaint on their website is equally not user friendly.
