Really unhappy about the way my claim has been handled, the car was supposed to take 8 days to get fixed but it’s now over 25 days since Wizard autobody has my car. Last week they told me car will be ready on Friday but on Friday I was told that there car will not be ready as they found more damages. How were they not able to see unseen damages? Just unacceptable.

Ive been trying to get hold of MTN insurance on 0831236084 the whole morning today and there is no answer.<br> I then tried Facebook and Twitter the both promised to help but I got no help. I then had to drive to MTN Rivonia Walk in centre and received help. I am told that the claim takes 7 days. I use the phone for business and cannot wait that long without a phone. My wife walked into FNB Fourways and was turned away by Thabo, he advised her that FNB will not give her a loan as our business has not banked with FNB for over a year.<br> My wife asked him to process the application and Thabo said NO application will be a waste of time.<br> <br> It seems Thabo doesnt want to help.<br> <br>
