Poor delivery
I bought a dress during their online sale in August 2025. 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for my order. I get no response to any of my emails requesting an update. At this point, I have given up on getting my money back. I have been a fan of Leigh Schubert's since her retail days in DDE, Durban, way back, but I doubt I will ever buy any product of hers moving forward. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

Poor service delivery
Such poor service. They sell you cleaning equipment but their support service is so poor. We have been waiting for months for them to come and service the machines. They always promise to come but never show up. They have excuses for every proposed visit. So disappointing and frustrating.

Worst service
Empty promises. They have failed to deliver any service since we signed up with them a year ago. Our lives are at a standstill!
