I ordered the home router online and it was delivered 2 weeks ago and I have reporting to them I'm unable to connect to the router its showing "Connected without internet" I've been doing back to back with them for a week until the 7 days to return it passed. I even went to the store in Vangate but still unable to this thing. That means I will pay for a router that we're not using for 12 months and they can't even resolve the issue. They are so *********** and I would never advise any to choose them & their customer care/coverage are useless.
Rain wifi has poor connection and i signed up for the wifi on the 27the of July and it was delivered to on the 20th of August, since then I had connection problems and no one was able to assist. I informed them that I will not pay for something that's giving me problem and they must stop attempting to debit the money from my account and they never stopped. Today they debited the money from account. Please reverse the money ASAP
