My WiFi has been extremely slow lately I keep moving it around to get signal but nothing works what nonsense is this that I must struggle with signal

Ikeja is the WORST in south Africa
This has to be the worst isp there has even been...My speeds are ALWAYS low as 100kbp/s... That is slow low that even with only one device connected YouTube will always buffer.... please don't even attempt to work with them they are the worst...if you tell them that your speeds are low they will tell to do speed tests and they will never help you... you are better off with data than being with Ikeja sies man...

This has to be the worst isp there has even been...My speeds are ALWAYS low as 100kbp/s... That is slow low that even with only one device connected YouTube will always buffer.... please don't even attempt to work with them they are the worst...if you tell them that your speeds are low they will tell to do speed tests and they will never help you... you are better off with data than being with Ikeja sies man...

On the 3 November I paid my rain wifi account and it's not active when I call their customer care number for 081 they are not picking up up until the air time finished. I had to call 011 still no help on the 04 November I had to use my petrol and go to the bank to confirm if the transaction went through the bank told me transaction went through, I wrote millions of emails to rain they told me that consultant will phone me, I ddnt get any call from them and am using this rain wifi for work purposes I ddnt work for two days because my rain it's not active but I paid even now I bought airtime try to call still they are not picking up the calls my R559 went down to the drain rain wifi please reverse my money I'll look for onother wifi that will treat me as their customer I even have reference from the emails that I sent on the 03 November wich is till now no help ref12727168 it's palesa fasi cell phone number 0693356250

Rain Wifi
Rain wifi has poor connection and i signed up for the wifi on the 27the of July and it was delivered to on the 20th of August, since then I had connection problems and no one was able to assist. I informed them that I will not pay for something that's giving me problem and they must stop attempting to debit the money from my account and they never stopped. Today they debited the money from account. Please reverse the money ASAP

Rain Wifi
