Rain Wifi

Rain wifi has poor connection and i signed up for the wifi on the 27the of July and it was delivered to on the 20th of August, since then I had connection problems and no one was able to assist. I informed them that I will not pay for something that's giving me problem and they must stop attempting to debit the money from my account and they never stopped. Today they debited the money from account.

Please reverse the money ASAP
