Am not happy at all n***x

On the 3 November I paid my rain wifi account and it's not active when I call their customer care number for 081 they are not picking up up until the air time finished. I had to call 011 still no help on the 04 November I had to use my petrol and go to the bank to confirm if the transaction went through the bank told me transaction went through, I wrote millions of emails to rain they told me that consultant will phone me, I ddnt get any call from them and am using this rain wifi for work purposes I ddnt work for two days because my rain it's not active but I paid even now I bought airtime try to call still they are not picking up the calls my R559 went down to the drain rain wifi please reverse my money I'll look for onother wifi that will treat me as their customer I even have reference from the emails that I sent on the 03 November wich is till now no help ref12727168 it's palesa fasi cell phone number 0693356250
