What a poor service and ****. I made a mistake I over paid dstv I phoned them it was a problem to refund me n I was like ohk lete just take it as I paid upfront the following month they debited on my account I didn't give them permission to debit on my personal bank account ohk I received that money , remember I over paid they didn't refund me now they debited on my bank account without my permission. I went to my bank n reverse that amount they switched off my DStv account how ? Remember I over paid dstv it's **** we better join other Wi-fi companies and watch our smart TVs DStv ke big ****

Am ****ed fair price germiston
I bought a TV at fair price two weeks back that it's on special when I keep going to the shop they telling me head office haven't diliverd it to their store yet it's been two weeks now they dnt even tell when is it going to be available even every day u try to call they just say it haven't arrived n I paid already. If I phone head office for assistance their axtantion for calls it's not going through what kind of shop is fair price they put things on special the next thing clients when they buy they dnt get their stuff we buy with our own money because we need those stuff it's not like we buy for fun or we ddnt have onother plans with that money am ****ed poor service ***xx

Am not happy at all n***x
On the 3 November I paid my rain wifi account and it's not active when I call their customer care number for 081 they are not picking up up until the air time finished. I had to call 011 still no help on the 04 November I had to use my petrol and go to the bank to confirm if the transaction went through the bank told me transaction went through, I wrote millions of emails to rain they told me that consultant will phone me, I ddnt get any call from them and am using this rain wifi for work purposes I ddnt work for two days because my rain it's not active but I paid even now I bought airtime try to call still they are not picking up the calls my R559 went down to the drain rain wifi please reverse my money I'll look for onother wifi that will treat me as their customer I even have reference from the emails that I sent on the 03 November wich is till now no help ref12727168 it's palesa fasi cell phone number 0693356250

Pep store palm Ridge poor service
I bought a phone at pep store around July 2022 a galaxy Ao3 core and it was giving me problems about touching exually it was freezing. So I decided to take it back to the store around September 2022 to pep store in palm Ridge shopping center ohk they told me it's going to take 3 to 4 weeks after 4weekes I went back they told me that the phone is not back yet from the repairs, I have to wait for onother 3 weeks I waited and now it's 18 February 2023 still my phone is not back I don't receive any communication I just waste my money going to check and they keep on telling me that the phone it's not back that's poor service I get from pep that's bull **** serious. And the phone code it's 8806092884045 even the slip that they gave me its shaded already mxm its because it's been a ****en long time n***x

Poor service
Shoprite phumula mqashi/ kashia park I went the today around 13:00 to withdraw a capitec cash send and the was a very long line when I get to the cashier she told me that she doesn't hv money and she going to the lunch. Lol she ddnt even ask how much iam looking for a short chubby dark with a ring in her side of the mouth ohk I went to her manager to ask if she can ask to other cashier because I need money for petrol am going to a interview o asked her in a good manner a short dark Indian lady. Guess what she told me that the is nothing she can do if the is no money the is no money I only needed 100 for petrol whuuuu kasi shoprite no wonder the are heights because they slowly and they don't care those thief's they showing them flames because of that . Homechoice fraud/Scam
I ordered blankets at Homechoice I ddnt get my order when I phoned they told me that they delivered only to find out they ddnt deliver to my adress and now they want me to pay which is I ddnt even get the order I do the follow up they just dropped the call they don't even answer my email they know who they gave my order and that's fraud so I'll be blacklisted for ****en blankets that I ddnt even recieved Homechoice its scame they do fraud be careful

Oldmutual advisor poor service
I went to oldmutual branch in kerk I got to a lady her name is Asavela she refused to help me I wanted to reverse a debit order yhooo u girl she was like u can't reverse and I asked her why because I know they can reverse , she ddnt help me at all. Ohk I went to ghandi square oldmutual branch I got assistant by a very kind man he's name is Senzo that guy he ddnt complain he helped me and my debit order was reversed. That Asavela she doesn't know how to do her job she must just stay home if she doesn't want to work n*** poor service

I wrote a review last month for total sports in samentuli mall katlehong no feedback until today. I bought a phone in same day the phone was not charging I took it back i had to be the one who waste money going there to check my phone they told me that they will call me when the phone is fine they ddnt phone since from March am really fed up I really want my money , can I get assistant because they dnt take me serious I wrote here on hello Peter , total sports is not taking me serious I want my money
