This is ridiculous I have been waiting for someone to help me with my decoder only channel 100 is playing the other channels are not playing and they not showing at all. All the agents keeps saying is that the decoder is faulty but it's not and they keep checking signal while my signal strength is good. It keeps showing the error E37-32 . How is it possible that channel 100 is playing but the others are not
My WiFi has been extremely slow lately I keep moving it around to get signal but nothing works what nonsense is this that I must struggle with signal
This is ridiculous. DSTV is billing me to reconsider my dstv again when I already paid the bill to be reconnected last week now you guys are billing me again and it's not even the end of the month. I have the proof to show that I paid more than R300 to stay connected and now they saying I must pay another R300+ to stay connected. Honestly DSTV service is poor all they want is money
I've been in contact with your agents and non is able to help with the error on my decoder it is not playing and I've been struggling the day
Their services are very poor. My Newtwork has been off for 24hours. They told me that after 16hours it would be up and running and it's still off all they say is that they'll get back to me. It's ridiculous that I pay so much for wifi. Do not recommend Rain to anybody at all
