Bad business sale!!
buying new vehicles from this group is a concern to ones safety. buying a new bakkie with isues and mechanical problems and then to find out they soldu me old model bakkie for a 2024 model. and then when u try to cancel the deal they come with stories and promises. disgusted in being nailed by one their dealers. opened a miosa case against them aswell as allerted the bank that its *****. no use of being protected by the cpa law but they dont abide by it.... BB Group Menlyn!!!

Pathetic
Once again discovery insure! As client we are urged to get reports from relevant companies. Do that then your waisting your own time! Claim submitted, they appointed some backyard company to asses. Did the assesment i signed it off... now tbey come with stories! This is pathetic!!!

The most disrespectfull and pathetic medical aid scheme ti be on. Im on the exrreme but always a isue. Always co payments for things. Always a fight regarding claims. As a BK amputee their service structure is pathetic!!!

Disgussted in service!!!!
As a client of discovery insure i am disgusted by the poor service they give clients. Spend over 500min on the line and no conclusion. After ****** recovery its over 3 weeks and they still cant get to a point to give auth so i can my bakkie. Arrogant consultants just dropping my phone call. Discovery uses net asses for their assesments, not caring that they dont cover all the damage no matter how small. Utterly disgusted in their assesment process and the willingness to help the clients not loose business and income. In no way i emagined a masive compony like this to treat their clients with so little respect!!! Disgusted that i need to call and call with no outcome!!!

Out to nail clients
Clearly not intended to actually help clients fix their cars as they should. Selectively chooses what they think must be done. Even with proof of what my bakkie looked like aswell as a letter from toyota they refuse to look at all aspects!! Discusted and frustrated by the lack of competency in this firm!!
