Totally disgusted and outraged!!!
So, I paid deposit of R25000 on the 09 August 2024, to do a small upgrade of 8 panels and a extra battery to my system. Since then, have been given the run around. They have given me so many dates that they were supposed to be there, but never pitched up. I finally got fed up, and requested a refund from them on the 11 October 2024, so that I can get someone else to do this work for me, and now they are full of stories about signal, and can't log into there bank account to do the refund bull**** stories. They did my original installation, but I bought the equipment, and never paid any money as a deposit(oh, and I am still waiting for my COC on this work, that I have asked them for many times). So after the original installation, had faith in them, and was willing to pay a deposit. I would not recommend anyone to use if you are paying a deposit upfront. If they come and do the work, and you pay them, then there workmanship is good. But there business ethics are non existing. They do not answer my calls, when I try and phone Sheldon, or when I send Whatsapps, giving me the impression that they have no intention of paying me my refund, and in lamen terms, basically stole my money!

Hats off to Discovery!!!
I had a situation where I changed my insurance to Discovery insure in the beginning of September 2023 after being insured for 7 years by my previous insurer without a loss, and low and behold, as murphy would have it, on the 9th of September 2023, I was ****** of a substantial amount of items. Only being insured for 9 days by Discovery, I expected allot of resistance on the claim. To my surprise, the claim was handled professionally, and they covered my complete loss. Thanks Discovery!!!!
