Well here I go again with my second bad experience with DSV! I have been promised delivery of my bank card for two straight weeks now. The agents confirm that delivery will take place only for the driver never to arrive. My card has expired and I'm not able to do any card transactions. Empty promise after empty promise week after week!!!! I am forced to select a one star rating when what this company deserves is a minus star rating. Shocking service to say the very least......AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Please do go and listen to the voice recordings (emphasis on plural) of the calls I have placed with your agents!!!!!!
Absolutely shocking service delivered by this so called courier company. Two weeks in a row we have called to confirm delivery. We were told on both occasions that the parcel was out for delivery between 13h00 and 16h00. First the driver **** and said he was unable to contact us.....a call was never made to us. Today we were told that the driver was unable to complete his delivery schedule. Nobody bothered to contact us and countless phone calls were made by us to try and track the documents. These are important documents and a business deal is now hanging in the balance due to their lack of delivery. I was forced to award them one star as there is no option to select zero stars!! Avoid this useless company at all costs! Standard Bank should reconsider the use of DSV as a courier.
Rohann, Daniel and the rest of the Wan4U team worked tirelessly to sort out issues with my connectivity. I have been struggling for months with intermittent connectivity. Hats off to Sella who was so professional and helpful. I can honestly recommend their services. Weekdays or weekends.........my issues are always attended to. I teach online, so I really need stable internet and Wan4U has ticked all the boxes! Thanks guys!!! I'm a happy customer!
