The competence and service levels at Prestige has dropped to levels of the Govt Home affairs...real joke...its so frustrating to get a simple task done. I have rotated 4 Prestige consultants with same results......FRUSTRATION!!!! Moving to another as soon as I get a chance.
Very disappointed with the Standard Bank Gateway..no wonder people are moving to Capitec and other banks..Spoke to Charlote Mood****..not very helpful and bit arrogant for my liking...
I have never seen such poor business ethics from a service provider. This month the gym membership was increased without any notification to the value subscribed in the contract. When I tried to query this Dineo at the call center in Sandton seemed to have an indifferent attitude and was absolutely a waste of time. I have decided to cancel the membership and move on..no use breaking your head with *****s
I have sent multiple emails and queries to Sizwe re my claims for the reference below..no joy. Since the Sizwe hosmed medical aid has gone into curatorship my doctors are requesting me to pay cash as they don't trust the Medical aid and when i am claim from the medical aid it is not been paid. Since the curatorship announcement the refunds from Sizwe has stalled to a snail pace....not sure if the liquidity issues has been resolved..my medical practitioner does not want to accept to Sizwe medical aids. Submitted all my claims with receipts that i had to pay cash. Still waiting for refund....
I called the Santam call center to get a quote- people in the background were shouting and screaming and I could hear the person...I dropped the call...if they cant provide a professional environment to accept calls i wonder the ability to provide a service...very unprofessional
Service levels at Liberty have deterioted- no wonder ppl are considering moving their business elsewhere
The service levels at Liberty has deterioted to such an extend it can be equated to some of the Govt institutions. The service level of the group is a shadow of what it was in the past. I have some numerous mail to the info@liberty.co.za regarding some queries on my policy and the silence is deafening....is this a sign of the end of Liberty?
I have never seen such unprofessional/unhelpful behaviour from the Sizwe Hosmed (Julie Reddy). Since the scheme has gone under curatorship (again) we are not being assisted with required information. Shocking!!!!
I have never experienced such a bunch of unprofessional bunch of *********** individuals from the manager Vusimuzi to the technician Yonela at the store- these guys think that they are do us a favor to providing us with a service. I have 3 iPhone but after this experience I will never purchase another iPhone- moving to Samsung or another brand that cares about customer service.Its people like this that will cause consumers to move away for purchasing another iPhone iPhone.I will give this store a minus rating if it was available.
