An amazing time to get value for money around all shopping platforms.
They were expectional is explaining the access waiver and the benefits it come with as long as I honor my monthly premium.
I bought a service plan with this service provider November 2022 through a telemarketer. We agreed over the phone that i will be covered over the period of 3 years. To cut the long story short i submitted a claim in August 2023 & i was told there was a discrepancy in my policy. I was then told i skipped the January 2023 debit which i was not aware of. After paying the Jan premium i was told of another discrepancy, they said i must update my premium or my claim will be deemed invalid. I then proceed to explain to them why are this discrepancies been mentioned when is time for me to claim, to me it seems like they are simply finding a way to not render service for my money.
